Please follow steps carefully, if one step is missed you will have a brick and then you will need to either troubleshoot router with CFE Mini Webserver or JTAG/Serial.
Preparation
1) Head over to dd-wrt.com.
2) Click on Router Database and Search F7D3302 v1 and select corresponding model to your router.
3) This router uses Kernel 2.6, hence you will get something called k26 trailed build or click below
dd-wrt.v24-21061_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini_f7d3302.bin4) Then Download Big or Mega or anything you like, i usually run Mega.
dd-wrt.v24-21061_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega.bin or dd-wrt.v24-21061_NEWD-2_K2.6_big.binInstallation Process
1) Set your computer's IP address manually to
IP: 192.168.2.102) Perform 30-30 reset on the router, this mean hold reset button for 30 sec, and then pull power plug while holding the reset for another 30 sec. Wait for router to come back on.
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.2.1
3) Now pull power cord, hold reset button and plug in the cord. Without releasing reset button, count til 10 (10 sec).
4) Navigate to http://192.168.2.1 in your browser and you should see CFE Mini web browser.
5) From here, select the Mini firmware file downloaded (dd-wrt.v24-21061_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini_f7d3302.bin) and click upload and waited for it to reboot.
(After the firmware starts to upload, please get away from your place. Resetting or Rebooting the router will brick the device)
5) After 10 mins, router was running. Visited http://192.168.1.1 and you should see the dd-wrt router page.
6) Change password and configure as you like.
I will prep Wi-Fi Optimization Tutorial for DD-WRT and for those router that support advance Wi-Fi settings.

Hi, the problem with mine is that, the upload is happening but the router is not rebooting.
Can you please let me know on how to resolve it? Can i reboot manually after the upload is done?
I have same problem: software is loaded, but after a while doing nothig, the browser goes in time out. Reloading 192.168.2.1, CFE is still there. I run the process several times and always same result.
Could it be the actual firmware in the router? Mine is running F7D3302_WW_1.00.23.bin.
To try, do some one can make available an old version (1.00.07 or similar) to downgrade to it and try again the dd wrt mini?
Under belkin site, i can not find old firmwares.
Thank you.
Angel
